I love all of the different ways we have to motivate people. Also really pay attention to how we deliver content - avoiding the pitfalls of "Um" and "You know" that get in the way of instruction.

Siempre he creído que el fin más importante de nuestras clases es promover y garantizar el aprendizaje, pero si insistimos en concentrarnos en los resultados entonces olvido el proceso de aprender que es realmente lo importante. Por lo tanto no nos podemos concentrar solo en retroalimentar al estudiante solo en aquellas cosas que no logro o que no ha alcanzado, sino hacerle saber como puede lograr el aprendizaje.
