As I was reading this section, I couldn't help but think about HIPPA. Very similar concepts.

The importance of legally viewing a students records and understanding FERPA is so important.

The importance of protection and maintaining student confidentiality regarding their records.

Consent- varies by situation and can be rightfully withdrawn at any time!

The importance of reporting an incident to the Title IX Coordinator and Police. 

The role of the Title IX coordinator is vital to ensure everyone's protection when situation arises. 

How important the Title IX awareness and training is to all and annual updates. One can never get to complacent in this day and age. 

The ability to motivate and keep the students interest is paramount to successful teaching and student retention. 

Keeping the students motivated and wanting to learn is key to successful teaching and student retention.
