From this module I have learnt how to craft specific, measurable goals for each lesson, aligning them with overall course objectives and standards.

Having a daily checklist and a notepad to organize thoughts/needs may be the  most helpful advice to me.

To always come and be prepared for the day. If you have a lay out of what the expectations look like in the class it will set the tone for everyone else in the classroom. Creating and having courses, objectives, a proper syllabus explaining what to expect and what to know. 

Be prepared with a plan and a checklist and prioritize what needs to be done. 

Having a check list keeps your prepared and organized. It will establish good habits so nothing is missed.

It's not just about the syllabus and objective, but class culture/learning environment. Students want to know what kind of teach they have and part of that comes from the environment. 

Planning ahead and using check lists can improve confidence and performance in class. This allows instructors to take time to connect with students and improving learning outcomes.
