As I learned, the technical , learning support beside the diversity learning experience will reflect positively on the student's performance and build a good and trust instructor- students learning relationship to reach the ultimate success.

It's good to have an adaptive teaching approach to ensure the course can engage the students across a learning spectrum to complement a diverse approach to critical thinking.
I learned that every instructor approaches the best way to teach a course differently. As an instructor, I have to be mindful of what the scope of the course is and not venture outside it, as that can cause confusion for my students. I also need to work on increasing my response and outreach rate, as students do much better when they feel supported by their instructor.
As an instructor, I need to be familiar with the course management system to be the best to assist students in matriculating through the course. I need to know how to make announcements, see the class roster, review quizzes, and respond to students within the course.
Technology accessibility and knowledge is a must for an instructor to display due to majority of classroom activities, learning, test, and supportive material are E- learning with a technology component. The knowledge of E learning, facilities effective teaching and application strategies for the students.
I learned that it is important as an instructor to provide support to my students, in both technical and other ways.
Working CMS/LMS system is a baseline for the successful course. Frustration level is growing fast if the system is crashing. Also, on-line learning is usefull when you have international students in the class as they can access and go through the material several times if needed.
I appreciate the details of this course. It is a great reminder of what needs to be done in online learning for the students and instructors. You always know it should be all of those elements combined but to have a course that includes all of the above is a great way to learn and refresh.
An e-learning environment has many technical aspects not present in an in-classroom learning environment.

I have learned students in an online learning environment need technical and instructor support to enhance their learning experience and be successful. Instructor support is not just providing assistance with the course material, but also providing timely feedback to the student.
For students to be successful in online courses the instructor needs to be supportive, engaged and understand the material and the CMS. They need to be proficient in posting assignments, grading, responding to students and providing various types of assignments to keep students engaged.
I have been an online student and I can tell you that one of the most frustrating thing is when you email your instructor during office hours you sometimes don't get a response for a week.
One thing I will do is always be available to students during office hours and I will reassure them that they can count on me to be their support system.
I understand that as an instructor you need to be aware on how to navigate through your working platforms understand on how to use them. As an instructor you need to be able to understand the materials of what you are teaching and design awesome lessons plans to engage the students to improve retention.
