Managing e learning environment can be challenging. It's important to identify student leaning behaviors and styles and know how to intervene.
Be as engaging as possible with your students. Feedback should be worded in way to encourage participation, confidence, and motivation. Feedback should also be constructive criticism if there is a need.
Interact with your online students as much as possible
It is important to familiarize yourself with the CMS system so you can understand what the students need to navigate
The biggest thing I learned is to get to know your students. By doing so you are able to know how each learns and how to adapt your teaching to meet all of their needs and set them up for success.
Effective learning stems from effective presentation
Get to know you students, personally and how they learn best
Be comfortable and inviting and ready for anything
Don't be afraid to be wrong, it's important to continue to grow and learn more yourself in order to better your students.
