Autonomy - I am losing my motivation in the work place because my manager is not allowing me to be autonomous.  I will use what I just learned to help communicate with my manager my emotions and feelings.  

Information regarding the manner in which to handle either asynchronous or synchronous learning was very valuable.    

Familiarize myself with the CMS from beginning to end in order to provide a successful learning environment for my students.  

Practice different teaching styles to help the students stay focused and in gaged in the material.  Make it a fun as possible without deviating from the subject.    

Preparation for the first day in class is important to show students your dedication to not only to the course but the students as well.  Learning their names as soon as possible will go a long way in helping the students relax and begin focusing in learning the material.   

Always be prepared and utilize a checklist to facilitate the process.  Preparation before the class begins is a key component to success.  

Always present yourself in a profesional manner and be a positive role model not only to your students but also to the people you work with.
