In this module I've learned about adult learner attrition. Keeping course records, communicating with students, counseling students, dealing with undesirable behavior, resolving student conflicts and minimizing student attrition.

I learned that every adult learner needs time and correct information to achieve the best learning possible.

In this section I have learned that communication with the adult learner is very important and key to there learning experience. The instructor is the most important figure in the learning process for the adult learner.

I've learned to be more patient and open minded to the adult learner using discussion and announcement's .  Responding to the adult learners input within a timely manner.

I've learned that staying on topic and using power points keep the adult learners interested in what is being taught in the class room. Hands on training is key and verbal communication is also very important when presenting your topic.
