The examples were very usefull and I found the content updated.
We must be prepared and able to manage a lot of situations in classroom: Procastination, conflicts, student behavior, technical issues, lack of participation, etc.
It will be fun to project our presence as teachers, and to know more about students. I think we must to create a community in each class.
I underline the importance of fostering participation and confidence in synchronous and asynchronous classes. The soft skills of instructor and his awareness about this will be crucial on students engagement and learning goals.
The course success is based on a clear structure, easy navigation, intellectual interaction and Active Learner-Centered Learning. This ensure a comprehensive learning experience for each student.
