I think that the evaluations of processes, contents, structures and visual design of the online course allow us to reaffirm what is good and improve for the next edition. Important!!!! Insist on the use of correct and constructive language.

For course revision and improvement, I learned that I would need multiple evaluations and multiple input from stakeholders to make changes to continuously improve the course.
Multiple evaluations of the course need to be in place throughout the online. Possible at the end of each module.
Course revision takes the inputs of many stakeholders not only students. Teachers/instructors can provide expertise in revision as closer to the industry.

There are many ways to approach improving, it can be as simple as asking a collage if they can proof read something. You can give ask them "what can I do to make this better?" Feed back is the key to becoming successful and improving in all aspects of life.
Structured interviews, such as the mock interviews done by our Career Services Dept., are great for student practice and feedback.
