I've learning allowing your students to know you and to get to know them, helps them feel comfortable and that you care about them

I learned to have an accurate bio with credentials listed.

Being engaged with your student creates a bases for a community.

I try to check in with students when I open the online classroom about 10-15 minutes before.

I learned how to make an instructor's presence and authority apparent when conducting online classes.

I enjoyed the variety of projecting your presence methods presented and found the use of reminders for subject due dates to be very helpful in understanding maintaining my presence in a virtual setting.

The relationship with your students requires modules and strategy for effective communication.

I intend to use this method to get to know my students. Adding personalized methods with each one individually.

I think email and forums are key to communicate with students. That helps project our authority and stablish good relatioship. Plus, personalizing emails is a good way to build rapport.

I learned the importance of establishing rapport with students because they need to know that you are on their side.

As an instructor, post a biography about your achievements and hobbies/interests while encouraging the students to post their own biography. This allows the building of the student/instructor relationship that goes beyond a virtual relationship.

Para que la clase sea dinámica es necesario que los estudiantes se conoscan a través de la publicación de una breve biografia. Asi mismo es impostante que el docente se presente.

Having a strong presence as an instructor is just as important in online learning environments as it is in traditional classrooms. While the setting may be different, the need for effective communication and interaction remains the same. In a physical classroom, an instructor's presence is felt through their body language, tone of voice, and the ability to engage students in real-time. Online, this has to translate into timely feedback, active participation in discussion boards, and a genuine interest in students' progress. Although the methods may vary, the goal is consistent: to create a dynamic, engaging learning environment where students can thrive.

Projecting my presence is a very important issue, and perhaps it is crucial to generating the authority necessary to manage a good class, and for students to project themselves as a leader within the team.

The successful online experience for the student and the teacher is achieved to the extent that the teacher, through the presentation of his credentials, experiences and achievements, demonstrates to the student his career. But in addition, the way in which he conveys his willingness to accompany them is also essential. and support them throughout the learning process

It surprises me the tip of sending my welcome at the end of first day. I usually does it as an announcement the same day, because it operates as a starting reminder

By using your credentials and experience in the introduction is a good way to set authority for the class. Students want to know their teacher and that they are qualified to instruct them.

I agree with everyone above.

I also agree that the online courses are a good way student can succeed.

I learned how important it is to engage with students and how the instructor develops authority.
