Understanding the different types of students on online courses. Each one has different learning criteria. Its important to encourage all students and utilize counseling. 

Keeping the participation and engagement in online courses is key for successful learning. 

I learned the importance of being human. Sharing with students my past experience and  academic career helps develop better professional relationships through online courses. 

Navigating with CMS helps students with successful outcomes. 

Developing a lesson plan that creates a successful outcome in the classroom. Utilizing a variety of delivery methods to give my lecture a more focused driven approach. 

It's important to BE PREPARED and know that every instructor gets nervous when meeting a new class. I learned different techniques to gain the respect of students and have a sense of community in the classroom.

Creating guidelines and a checklist will better prepare you on covering all areas needed for the class.

Becoming a better leader and gain teaching techniques through professional development programs. Always lead by example, be compassionate and motivate.
