I learned that it is important to keep good track of your communication.

I like the idea that everyone must contribute and not just a few.

I feel that if the learner understands that I am there for them and all I want to do is support them in their learning, then there wont be any problems.

As an on-line instructor there are many ways to communicate with your students. It is important that they know you are there to help them succeed in learning.
