Building strong scaffolding is critical for excellent learning.

I learned about the importance of creating a database for information and teaching material given to students.

Consistemcy and periodic revision of the material are very important.

The need of getting students familiar with the use of technolgy is critical for their learning process. 

Encourage team work among students is so important and been a teamplayer employee is such an asset for any employer.

 How critical is for students to have excellent verbal and written communication skils cannot be overemphasized. When obtaining employment and even in their externship they need the communication skills to be succesfull.

I learned how essential critical thinking is as part of an integrated education and should be encouraged to all student in their careers.

 Different sources of evaluation are the best approach. Multiple feedback is always better that counting in a limited number of resources.

Feedback to students is essential to give the students learning parameters and guidance. The implementation of a rubric is very useful and measure the level of progress.
