It is a critical part of my teaching responsibilities to be sure to learn about each student from the beginning of each new class.
It is important to get to know your students and allow your students to get to know you as well. This well set up a good base for a learning relationship throughout the class.
Our college offers hybrid format courses. I found the methods suggested for online course formats to create educational richness and increase positive learning beneficial. I actually employed some of these methods during the pandemic, when our format was 100% online. I;ll confess that I find the hybrid model challenging - I look forward to revisiting my methods to seek better integration of these principles to our hybrid modality.
The importance of being mentally prepared to teach an online course as online instructors must know how to influence, persuade, inspire, and energize their students just like in a classroom setting is something that stood out to me.

The importance of showcasing myself and all of my accomplishments. I don't usually do some of this as I feel like it is boasting. But also having a video bio is just as good as a text bio.
Adapting learning strategies to establish and nurture mutual trust, harmony, respect, and understanding among students is a method that can not only be used in person but can also be used in the online classroom to inspire new ideas and creativity. The same level of care and dedication that is needed in the in-person classroom is also needed in the online classroom.
In order to learn about e-learners, students should post a short biography of themselves to be shared with everyone.

Getting to know your students by having them do a getting to know each exercise helps to relieve some of the disconnectedness that can occur in online courses.
The importance of projecting your authority and presence will encourage a good teacher/student relationship and mutual respect.

I used Panopto to let each student post a short biography, and posted one of my own. I also found surveys helpful for learning my students' schedules and preferences. One of the reasons online instruction is so common is that it's inexpensive. Pay for online instructors continues to decline, and course size is always increasing. It's also more time consuming for instructors. Instead of saying something to an entire class, you have to answer 37 emails about requirements, deadlines, and other administrivia.
I learned to solicit biographies and basic information (their major, how they prefer to be addressed, best way to contact them, their schedule) and to share my credentials, accomplishments, and experience.
Firstly, you have introduced by yourself as you qualify, capable enough to teach them and discuss about academic , your experience and achievement and also assure them you are there for there for any support . create a comfortable environment, ALSO TRY TO LEARN EVERY SUTENDT PERSONALLY WITH THER BACK GROUD ,THEIR GOAL.
Having taken multiple online courses myself I can understand some of the unique needs of online students. Many of them may feel they need support but are unsure how to get it, as an instructor it is a goal of mine to remain visible for my students and to check in and post often especially when big assignments are due so that my students feel supported.
I learned that it is important to project your qualifications as an instructor by highlighting your academic degree, accomplishments and hobbies.
