online learning is not necessarily a skill that all students or younger students come equipped with. It takes training management time and effort, put forth by the instructor and the student to ensure an effective online learning environment.

it is imperative that online students feel like a part of the Online classroom. Well, a lot of these students today are not necessarily outgoing. It is an important step that the instructor be the bridge between students and they're online classmates.

personalizing your students experience and troubleshooting their particular issues as they come is essential to a positive online learning environment. Unlike previous courses before online, students experience a different set of obstacles then on ground students previously

while instructors are subject matter experts, we still have a lot to learn in the online teaching realm. Technology will continue to evolve, and we will always be students of the online learning community.

critical thinking is a soft skill that most employers provide feedback that students need assistance with. I think that it Is these situations that challenge students the most.

my main take away from this course, particularly is that the dynamic shifted from centered and focused to student centered and focused. 

when troubleshooting technical issues If there's not an Immediate resolve, we must resort to other techniques that are available. If you have ever been in this situation, you can feel the time and students attention slipping away from you. There is a very short window in which we have to regain control of the classroom and their attention.

online learning/Active learning is a fairly new strategy for post secondary education. It offers the students space and freedom to be accountable for their own learning, environments, and outcomes

Presentations are effective tools of business management. They take time to assemble, prepare & present. The more intention that is included in these processes, the more effective the outcomes. 

Integrating veteran students into the classroom is different than a civilian student in the sense that veterans experience different social challenges then a “regular student”. Their training as well as survival tactics place them in an entirely different category of being able to be social and adaptive.
