There are multiple evaluation methods that will be needed and required for learning. 

Learning how the feedback provided to students can help encourage their learning and provide areas of improvement in a way to encourage the students. 

I learned there are many different ways to engage and encourage students. Use of a variety of different web-based tools is they key. 

I learned that there can be many challenges in teaching online courses, but through open communication, conflict resolution, and identifying risk can be beneficial to both students and instructors. 

Learning that asynchronous discussions can lead to higher participation results. Every student has a different learning style and catering communication style can help each student be successful.

I learned the importance to the students learning experience by becoming personal, getting to know them and being available. 

An instructor plays a vital role in the success of e-learning. Having a complete understanding of the learning platform and how to successfully navigate the system and deliver the content in a structured manner that is understandable to the students is key.
