You cant just jump into teaching a course online even if you have taught it in person, must become familiar with the course platform and options.

Shapers, coordinators and plant are all essential rolls and aspects of teamwork.

Conflict isn't inherently negative; it can help support and provide long term success.

All individuals are just that individuals not everyone falls into the generalizations of generations.

Generalization doesn't seem to apply to generations in the real world.

Avoid using any one size fits all tactics, keep a checklist for the enrollment process and timeline, use any forms of follow up possible including social media, make sure to space out follow ups accordingly etc.
