I'm so glad that there is a course management system that enables students take an orientation of the courses that they will be taking now and in the future. The benefits of both students/instructors are interchangeably homogenous. Not only can an instructor monitor a learners progress for example but also a student can manage his own progress. Another example is the turnaround time to provide feedback to a student learner is both beneficial bc in a sense as an instructor if they're not getting the content or subject taught you can intervene in the process and modify attributes that make the learning experience more interactive and thereby receiving a higher rate of success in the course.

I will be more aware of the discussion questions that my students respond to and make sure that I also participate in the class discussions.  I do leave comments on my students' discussions but don't usually participate. I also will make sure I am familiar with the technical aspects of the modules so I can either answer questions my students have or direct them to someone who can give assistance.

Preparing adequately for a course before any type of communication with students and delivery of expectations.

An instructor should thoroughly understand the course content, including videos, terminology, quizzes, and any potential technical issues students might encounter. They must be adaptable and effective in communicating the material, while also providing the necessary support to help students succeed in the course.

An instructor should become very familiar with the content,  videos, terms, and quizzes for the online course as well as any technical aspects that may arise as a question from a student  The instructor should be very versatile and flexible in teaching the course contents with effective communication, as well as being able to assist a student to pass the course.

The importance of online etiquette and effective ways to reach students

Online course preparation and mgmt systems, learning support important

Preparation is key, not only for successful and affective teaching but it's also noticeable by the students.  As instructors we owe that extra preparation if you're not confident in the material.

I learned the importance of undertanding the course management system.

Learning how to effectively communicate is critical when managing employees or having student interaction.

I learned that knowing the course material and being prepared will be the best for me and my students.

That understanding how to navigate computer technology is key to being an effective educator.

Preparing as a teacher is key to learner's outcomes.

Knowing how to navigate the technology is just important, as being educated, on what you are teaching. You need to be educated in what you are teaching, to interact with your students, and help them understand.

In an online learning environment, students feel supported with clear communication, timely, encouraging feedback, accessible instructor presence and a structured CMS.

Making sure you know how to use the system helps instruct in an online format to make sure everyone is getting out of learning as possible.

I learned that when students feel supported they develop greater confidence in an online learning environment.

From this module, I learned that instructing a high-quality online course involves comprehending the structure of the course, understanding the Course Management System (including how to resolve its possible technical problems), learning the nature of the course (goals, assessments, grading system, etc.) and understanding its delivery format.

I've learned that when you're prepared and set your students up for success, there's no way that they can fail, provided that they feel they have a supportive learning base and that starts with me.

I have learned all what it takes to teach the students online and be supportive with resources and materials for the students.
