I learned that different instructors will take different approaches to teach, even towards the same goals.

I have learned about the various delivery methods for students.

Engaging with students excels their learning and keeps them excited about the material in class.

Being familiar with the courses and engaging with students online keeps the students excited and active during the course.

As an educator you need to familiarize yourself with what is required to accomplish your job and help your students learn.

This module had reconfirmed for me that students learn differently in a variety of ways and as online instructors, it is important that we remind ourselves that we must be willing to meet the students where they are.

I’ve learned that implementing new teaching strategies or techniques in online classes requires a different approach compared to in-person settings, and may need to be adapted to fit the online environment effectively.

Must be able to support students with a variety of needs.

I learned that it is helpful when teaching an online course to include on the first class a biography detailing my background and experience and also asking the students to share a biography of themselves with the class as well. I plan on implementing this practice if I ever teach an online course.

I learned the importance of being familiar with the Course Management System and all of the technology involved with online learning. I also learned of the importance of student engagement during an online course. I plan on implementing what i learned here by making sure that I am very familiar with the Course Management System and by making sure my lessons are engaging the students, and also by being able to change my delivery methods based on student learning styles.

I have learned that Implementing  a new teaching strategies/ Techniques into online classes will look different

What I take from this course, that the more you are familiar with the system the more confident the students are with completing. Keeping engagement high by having them involve with each other more on discussion post as such here.

That being active and present to answer any student questions is the difference between engaged students and non engaged.

I learned that course success is directly influenced by the students' level of engagement and media tools. I also learned that response time to students can have a significant impact on course outcomes.

I learned that quick response and feedback could help students achieve success.

I learnt that instructors use different strategies to reach common goals in online teaching. I also learnt that key skills and questions instructors must master adaptability and using best practices to be effective.

I learned that online instructor's immediate presence and reach is very important for students in case they need support and help.

Synchronous learning involves real-time interaction between learners and instructors, oftentimes delivered through live webinars or online classrooms.  One key aspect of e-learning include the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS), course design and the delivery of digital content.

A smoothly running course (in terms of the technical side) can positively impact student retention, whereas, a poorly run course that causes students to encounter technical issues can lead to poor student retention.

I've learned that I need to be aware of how to manage the software in which the students will be using for their e-learning.
