I really appreciated the short videos of instructors sharing their methods for engagement with learners. I especially liked the idea of taking a few minutes after class to make notes about what did and did not work and adjusting accordingly the next time. I also like the idea of allowing students to feel that it is safe to share even if they have limited subject matter expertise.    

I like the suggestion that we participate in, but do not dominate, the class discussion board conversations.

This learning topic served as a good reminder that we, as instructors, must have a good understanding of both the course's structure and the course delivery system so that we can create a successful learning experience for our student's from day one.
