 I learned about the importance of closing the loop by soliciting and integrating feedback. 

The comment that grading and assessment is about elevating the learning not justifying the grade really resonates with me.  

Syllabus sets the tone for the course and learning scaffolding is vital to building on students knowledge 

I learned about consistency in course design can help to support learning across not only one course but throughout a program

I learned more about the different learning styles and their needs

Was interesting to hear challenges of synchronous learning when that is the more traditional approach.  

I really liked the recommendation to send personal messages to each student.  I feel like that will help build trust and show I am here to be part of their learning and help them. 

The importance of not just looking from the lens of the faculty member but also that of the student.  Checking to make sure that information is clear and content is connected.
