I've learned that instructional and technical knowledge is imprtant for both the instructors and the students.  Online teaching is another format of convenience for instructors and students but must be understood to it its fullest capacity in order for success.

Within this topic i learned that learning styles will vary, and that all of the learning styles can be met without losing the goal of students obtaining and retaining material.

I learned that planning and preparation can provide a certain level of comfort if done right.

This module taught about professionalism, teaching styles, and model performance.  These are the core components of a great instructor.
