I definitely agree that the more familiar you become with the content, the systems and the navigation through these systems the more helpful you can be to your students.
I learned the importance of familiarizing myself with navigation in order to ensure that I am not only providing the best delivery of the materials, but to also ensure that I am keeping accurate record keeping so that the student achieves success. Communication between myself, my peers and students will also open opportunities to different teaching techniques as well as what subjects the students feel like they need more support with.

the student love's structure and visual. Has when I receive a new class, I ask them to introduce them self with age an there goal
which helps me know how to instruct them an be able to give the student the resources they need to be great in the beauty
industry to become the best. My school has all the resources. I mean all I'm glad to be a part of a school that they believe in

While every instructor may have a different teaching style,the common goal remains the same:to help students gain knowledge and retain what they learn.
I have learned the importance of instructor participation/acknowledgement in the class discussions forum online.I would like to implement this to evaluate how much engagement I may receive especially from my student who may be nervous to ask questions.
There may be some challenges that students may encounter with online learning, such as technology issues that must be corrected by the IT department. Students will need to be patient for issues to be corrected. Also, maintaining a timeline of when assignments are due, sets expectations for students to complete the assignments in a timely manner. Having various ways to deliver the material will help to reach different types of learners.
