Young adults today need to learn soft skills and also thinking on their own.  Many are hesitant to think outside of the box and problem solve by themselves.

It is very important that instructors are familiar with todays ever changing technology.  Once the technology is mastered and utiliized in the classroooms; especially the virtual ones we are facilitating now, there can be more learning objectives than before.  

It is so important to become familiar with the platform being used.  It will make the presentation much smoother and less technology problems.
