Try to keep students engaged by varying your lesson plan delivery and by adjusting your teaching style to fit different learning methods.
From this module, I have learned the importance of developing well-structured course content that aligns with learning objectives and engages students effectively. I intend to apply this by carefully planning my lessons to ensure they follow a logical progression, using diverse instructional strategies such as discussions, hands-on activities, and multimedia resources. I will also continuously assess and refine my course materials based on student feedback and learning outcomes to improve engagement and effectiveness.

Be a lesson planner, be prepared
Develop lesson plans that keep the students engaged.
Develop content that is relevant to the subject matter and engages the students. Express enthusiasm for the material and adjust it in a way that is easily presentable and understood.
Since I am new I have not had to develop a lesson plan or guide yet. My institution has curriculum already in place with material that will be required to be covered, but they say instructors have flexibility in how it is delivered, and whether or not they want to add to it. Having the guidelines taught here will hopefully make it easier for me to integrate my personal style into teaching a managed curriculum.
