I intend to use a variety of delivery methods to keep my students engaged throughout the course. 

It is important to have proper preparation and planning when starting a course. A detailed syllabus is an important guide for students explaining what they can expect from a course. 

I've learned the importance of having a professional development plan, and establishing methods to measure progress in achieving the goals set out in the plan.
