I have learned how I should lead with professionalism and set a great example for students.
I've learned how to effectively communicate with and to my students and how to present myself as a professional.
This module taught me various strategies for developing as an instructor, focusing on key areas such as effective communication, active learning, and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse student needs. I also gained insight into creating a positive learning environment, managing classroom dynamics, and using feedback to improve both teaching and learning outcomes. I plan to apply this by integrating more interactive and engaging teaching techniques in my sessions. This includes using case studies and group discussions to enhance critical thinking, regularly providing constructive feedback, and adjusting my teaching style based on student feedback to ensure all learners are supported. Additionally, I’ll focus on fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and motivated to participate.
