I have learned to be on top of the subject matter, make sure to be organized and on time, stay professional and be courteous and understanding of your students. Always continue learning in different ways.
Need to look and project professionalism so students know what to expect in the real world. Need to continue to develop as an instructor,
Need to be professional at all times. Be prepared.
- Be a role model for students.
- Knowledgeable in your subject matter.
- Be a motivator.

I have learned that I could be more confident. I should not doubt myself and speak with confidence.
Presenting myself as a model instructor requires maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. There are attitudes and manners of speaking, common in the industry, that have no place in an instructional setting.
