The information is timely and helpful .

During this module, I have learned that I represent this institution. In order to best represent it, I need to know the most up-to-date information of the policies and processes so that I can communicate the most accurate information to prospective students and their families.

During this module, I learned why being up-to-date on our institution's policies and procedures is imperative. I also did not realize that the course needed to be completed yearly; however, this ensures that we are compliant and giving students, prospective students, and other people the information needed.

I work as a Field Representative in Illinois with 7 years of undergraduate recruitment experience. It is great to learn more about other states' policies.

I learned from the module to be an expert as the institution's representative. To be knowledgeable and provide concise information when speaking with prospective students, their families, and others about the institution.

There are some stark differences between an "Admissions Staff" versus an "Agent"

Hello!

Learning your university policies and procedures is very important. As an Enrollment Outreach Coordinator, I know I am the first point of contact for students. So, making sure that I know the procedures and policies and using the correct verbiage is very important.

I learned that there are specific rules, codes and guidelines in place to follow in order to stay up- to- date with the compliance of this Institution.

During this section, I learned about the importance of admissions regulations and how to keep updated on the most current regulations. The section also covered useful terminology that admissions may run into on a daily basis and the benefit diligent notebook usage.

With how important the admissions process is it is critical that we know all of the policies and procedures to provide the best service to our students.

I learned how imperative it is to do this course regularly to keep up to date with the admissions policies.

I work as an Enrollment Advisor and this module has given me a better understanding of the Admissions Staff Training Process and why it exists.

I am looking forward to learning new updates!

Comment on Marcus Hernandez's post: Yes indeed, it is very crucial.

This is a training that taught me something new every time I take it. It is so ressourceful,

Comment on Katelyn Clark's post: Yes, knowing the terminologies is the best thing in this field.

Very good training for anyone who needs to be good in student admission.

I am working as an Admission director; I have learned a lot about the rules and regulations. I am looking forward to applying all that I've learned so far

I learned it is important to create a resource notebook, we must stay current on rules and regulations.

With this course, I have learned the importance of the role of the admissions representative in an institution, internalized basic concepts for this job, and, most importantly, got to know the institution where I work very well.
I will apply this knowledge by reinforcing the concepts and getting to know my institution better and better!
