I have learned about the importance of having a checklist prior to the interview and how helpful it can be if you need something to refer to. Also, I was shown how important it is to have organized documentation for each and every student.

I have learned the importance of keeping a resource notebook and maintaining/updating it with the most accurate and up-to-date information to best serve the student. I have also learned definiions for common terms used in the Florida area, in regards to post-secondary education.
