I learned that it is very important to stay updated on policies and regulations.  We should take the time to review the policies and regulations every month.

I learned about the different departments that can help students be successful.  It is important to understand what each department is responsible for.  

I have learned that it is important to follow the process of enrolling students.  There will be paperwork involved and requirements for enrolling students. 

I have learned about the admissions process and the guidelines used.  It is important to follow the regulations that guide Admissions reps through e the enrollment process.  I will make sure to keep up on the guidelines and lead my team correctly in the process.
