Get students agreement before moving forward 

Can't compensate staff for admissions numbers. 

Cannot guarantee employment, must keep records, must inform students of any requirements to attend classes on site if hybrid program is offered.

Must give full disclosure 

Students must NOT lie or mislead students and Encourage other employees to perform any actions that constitute misconduct.  We will implement this by outlining Procedures and policies that outline guidelines for staff expectations.

It is important to stay updated on meetings and if you are accredited, they may be required.

I learned that a really good way to learn about all the programs is to read the catalog, talk with personnel in the education department, sit in on classes, and talk to the placement department to learn where grads work.

 

I leaend that the refund policy must be clearly outlined on the enrollement agreement. 

 

I leanrd that Any form of public notice, however disseminated or utilized, offering training or education to the public or recruiting students to enroll in an institution or college program. I will ensure I'm following all guidelines even when posting about my academy on Social Media
