The formula creates a structure to follow when attempting to align communication with your student, peers, and seniority in an organiation. From preparing to refining, all details are important and it's the way in which they're delivered, that makes the communication successful. Just like face-to-face, there are approaches that we need to take that doesn't lead to misinterpretation, so visual references can assist when using digital communication like email.
