I think that activities must be created based on the interests and goals of the students themselves, to encourage them to complete them in their entirety.

I have learned that the type of question asked can directly impact the type of answer from the student and how this can be implemented into my teaching and developing deeper discussions and understanding for my students.

Course content is put online and is available to students to access when it best suites their schedule. This is beneficial for shift workers who may be on a rotating shift and need to take online courses for carrier advancement.
Online class format can be very universal

it is very helpful to remain open-minded about using multiple methods. Particularly those methods that previously thought to be less practical in an online or virtual platform. Variety retains interest.
