Being prepared and learning your program's requirements is always a must. 100% knowledge is pure professionalism!

There should always be ongoing training - it's very important that everyone is on the same page on compliance and have a through knowledge of the catalog. Any loan issues should be directed to FA - transparency is the key.

We are here to train and teach people and we must be very careful and responsible when sharing information with others. We must always work from honesty.

I've learned from this module the importance of accurately presenting the information to prospective students and adhering to the guidelines established by the CIE.

It is important to know the programs you offer and ensure all information relayed is accurate. 

It is extremely important to represent your institution accurately, and to ensure proper representation it is critical to understand the compliance rules and regulations

It's important to give potential student accurate and current information. 

You must be very knowledgeble about your programs and communicate honestly.

It's important to have an understanding of the terms and process of an institution. This training will help us better understand the prospect and be able to provide a good service to them.

Creating a culture of honesty and transparency helps ease the process of ensuring rules and regulations are followed and applied in all operations. 

Ongoing training is beneficial as it will provide the representative to have more information regarding their institution which ultimately benefits both the rep and prospective students. 

Admissions representatives must apply the regulations and standards, in order to guide prospects to make the best decision and answer their questions.

It is important to only provide students with facts about the school and its program and not lie or give unrealistic information. Therefore, we must have constant training that helps them understand the best response options for different scenarios.

When going through the admissions process, it is important that I remain truthful, and ensure that the student has a full understanding of the enrollment process/program and what it would entail.
