The part that detailed the five principles of communication was useful.

This module included many good recommendations and considerations to keep in mind when communicating in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.

I have learned a lot about regulatory issues and compliance. This module has provided interesting, practical and useful information.

It is extremely important to represent your institution accurately, and to ensure proper representation it is critical to understand the compliance rules and regulations

It is so true that presenting value does not end once the student starts attending class!  The relationship with the student exists through graduation.

It's interesting to consider that challenges are a gift, since it shows that the prospective student is actively thinking about pros and cons.

The framework for the value presentation was helpful: overall theme, attributes and benefits, points of difference, and program knowledge. I also liked the various worksheets to help identify and write down these points.

I thought it was interesting to learn the components of value as value = benefit - effort - risk - price.

I learned a lot about presenting financial options to students, and to acknowledge and not diminish concerns about tuition costs.

I really liked the part about helping students increase their resourcefulness, and create options for themselves. By identifying and adressing the students' challenges, we can help them find solutions.
