It is important to know the programs you offer and ensure all information relayed is accurate. 

I learned the importance of staying as up to date as possible on the regulations, as well as ensuring that my notebook is up to date. 

I learned that it is important that you understand what your school has to offer to each student to ensure that you help enroll them into the program that best fits what they are hoping for. 

I learned that it is important to understand and be able to speak to the different types of financial requirements the student will have as well as any payment plans or aid that may be available. 

I learned the importance of staying up to date with regulations as well as institutional handbooks as they continue to change.
