I have learned about all the different ways the instructors can make online learning interesting and more engaging for the students.

Engagement and student interaction is important to curating a successfully e-Learning experience.  Also being knowledgeable of the material and operating system.

I am excited to move forward with the new platform, sharing content by combining asynchronous and synchronous communication.

I’ve learned that the Material is set up to open up the brains of both Student and Teacher to a different way of Learning information online. To engage with the students as if its a one on one education. But for me make sure I’m fully knowledgeable on how to nativagate to give instruction.

The framework of Modules, Lessons, and Topics are conducted to center the learning around shorter areas to focus on the subject matter.

So I would point out the keywords for the students in the Lesson to study to get understanding of the Module to implement in there answers of the questions that will be obtain in the final quizzing, that way they can identify correct or incorrect answers of the questions being asked in the Subject Content of that chapter.

It is important that instructors are familiar with all the content and how to deliver it to the students, while also being able to sufficiently provide feedback.

Each instructor should know various learning techniques to enhance the students' knowledge of the course.

So far this course has been strictly a refresher and review of concepts I have utilized in my teaching for years online. However, I signed up for this one because it spoke of student frustration and conflict management, which are issues I think we all can touch base with from time to time in training.

In a E-learning environment, learning support must come from the online instructor and technical support as well. E- learners are more secure and comfortable knowing that they have the support of their instructor to make their learning experience successful. Readily available technical help is extremely helpful in any e-learning environment.

Being able to navigate the course properly and having an understanding of how online platforms work is going to ensure you are better able to help you students.

It is interesting to learn the structure of an online class is most important

Familiarize yourself with the technical support offered. Always ask the questions on the How, when and why?

Have to learn to make adjustments to understanding online platform. practice before you utalize online tools

I've learned that a Course Management System delivers for students and what it also provides for instructors. Becoming familiar with course structures and each instructor may present information differently. Reviewing and fully comprehend your roles and responsibilities as an online instructor is important. Technical support is crucial to the success of any e-learning course. Instructors need to familiarize themselves with the delivery techniques and strategies that work best for them.

From my experience, that coincides with this information, the most important thing is having all parts of the course completely ready before the course begins.  Faculty must know how to use any and all plug in applications that take students out of canvas & into a different application.  Know how to manipulate due dates within those applications so they match the LMS system, ect is extremely important to cut down on student frustrations.

I've learned that there is still I have to learn in order to effectively teach, that includes using online tools which can aid in not only presenting content to the students but also aid in organizing the information.

As an instructor I need to understand the course delivery process. Understand the CMS, go through the courses and modules in order to be able to guide students and answer their questions.

This section (Course Delivery) has informed me of a lot of great tips and tools. Knowing the content is important. Equally as important is knowing where your resources can be found and how things within the system work.

These are helpful reminders of everything I need to know and understand to be a good online teacher, but more importantly, what I can do to facilitate the learning process for my students.

I learned that it is imperative to know how to navigate your course as to provide guidance to your students.

Be prepared for your course and ready to answer the relative question that come with any course material.

I love all the modalities of support not only for the faculty but for the students as well. Canvas and ACC really want to support their staff and students every way they can.
