As a result of going through this module, I feel I have reinforced my current understanding of how course management operates, as well as have been able to put the name to the concept. Very useful.

It is important to know all aspects of not only teaching but all the resources available to support the students such as the class roster and grading policies

Some issues for students in online learning can be technical. Familiarize yourself with support of this structure, or resources for it, in order to better assist students encountering trouble.

Providing content that is understanding and self directed for the students can put students at ease when it comes to online learning

I learned that it takes more than just knowledge of the subject area to deliver quality course content. I intend to familiarize myself with various course delivery strategies. I plan to interact with colleagues on the job and other professional peers to improve and update course delivery techniques and strategies. Today, I learned from a colleague of a Website for an interactive game that is new to me.

I once took over a course mid-semester and, despite my expertise in the subject, I quickly learned that familiarizing myself with the course's specific structure and evaluation methods was crucial. Adapting to its unique rhythm and student expectations turned out to be as important as the content itself.

Good reminders of the need to make sure you are completely familiar with all the technical aspects of the CMS.

E learners need comfort of the instructor and to know there’s technical support.

I wanted to recap some important advice about how to teach a course, especially if you're a teacher of digital currency and blockchain. Comprehending and putting these into practice can greatly improve our efficacy as educators.

Recognise Your Audience: It's critical to comprehend the learning styles and backgrounds of our students. We can better adapt our teaching strategies to meet their needs thanks to this knowledge.
Clearly defined learning objectives Students are better able to understand expectations and goals when the goals of each lesson and the course as a whole are clearly stated and communicated to them.
Interesting Content: Keeping pupils interested requires variety. Diverse learning styles are accommodated and the content is kept interesting by using a variety of resources and instructional techniques.
Encouraging student participation is essential for interactive learning. This can be accomplished through interactive exercises, Q&A sessions, or discussions. It enhances the dynamic and inclusive nature of the learning process.
Prompt feedback: Giving students helpful criticism enables them to recognise their strengths and areas for development. It is a crucial phase in the learning process.
Flexibility in Teaching: How well students understand the material can be greatly impacted by our ability to modify our approach in response to student feedback and evolving needs.
Leveraging Technology: With the development of educational technology, content delivery and student engagement can be improved through the efficient use of these tools.
Meaningful Assessments: Lastly, our tests ought to be in line with the goals of the course and fairly represent the students' comprehension of the subject matter.
Hope it helps

As an online anatomy instructor need to know how to use the online system we use. But, I also have to figure out a way to connect with students since we're not in a regular classroom. In some classes, we use extra tools like MacGraw Hill Connect, making it even more important for students to understand not just the lessons but also how to use these tools to solve problems. I will make sure to be a successful online instructor by learning how to create a welcoming online environment, encourage student interaction, and be a master at communication with my students.

I learned that it is important to become familiar with information, methods and resources in order to be an effective online instructor.

I learned that you have to be ready before starting your class know your criteria before presenting information to your class..Make sure you have answers to students question and not have to rely on the internet the whole time make sure i plan times and set alarms for datelines

As an instructor, you need to have complete understanding of the course and what is expected in completing the required assignments.  Knowing the types of communication and how to unsure the comprehension is key.

Structure in online study is just as important as in-person study.  The student performs better online if the system cms operates correctly and if the instructor is knowledgeable in the subject matter.

To be an effective online instructor, one must study the course material as well as be prepared to handle different types of learners that will be engaging for learning.

Trough proper planning and preparation, the instructor’s role can be seamless!

This module included many good recommendations and considerations to keep in mind when communicating in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.

What I have learned is that in the e-learning environment there exists many strategies that the presenter can utilize to both engage the learner and more effectively deliver the intended material comprehensively.

It is somewhat daunting, however, to consider that both the instructor and the student(s) must possess and maintain technical troubleshooting skills in order to continue to be capable of accessing and availing themselves of the media through which the material will be presented.
