The learning objectives of how to be structurally sound in the online environment. Learning how to read the classroom and navigate the system set in place for your school.  Keeping the students attention and providing plenty of feed back with integrity and support.

The CMS is a good learning tool. Several options to keep the student and myself engaged to the course being taught.

I've learned how to adequately prepare for the course by reviewing all of the tools the program provides and reviewing my materials. I know how to navigate the page for students who are doing well and students who may present a problem.

We have to make sure we know everthing about the course. Plus it is recommended to try the courses ourselves.

we also need to desing a course for student to get familiar with the platform.

As an instructor, I have to pay more attention to learning and technical support to my students. I  have to make sure that my students know what to do in the platform and how they can find the content.

The importance of learning the ins and outs of the CMS in order to efficiently direct any and questions the students may have- i.e. due dates, Technical issues, where to find course content, etc.

I like how the course is managed.

El instructor debe estar preparado para poder brindar un soporte eficiente a cada uno de los estudiantes.

As a representative in the admissions department, i can fully understand the importance of effective communication. The tone and body language helps for individual in an already overwhelming situation feel comfortable and your message effectiveness. Interaction is key!

I've learned about the basics to conducting an online course.  including tech support, reviewing the info. structuring the course in to small bit size chuncks.

Online instructors play a crucial role in the success of students. They're not just the faces behind the screen; they're the core of the course. We offer a roadmap for the students, guiding them through the material so they can navigate it more easily. Our expertise should stimulate our intellectual discussions that make the learning experience richer for everyone involved. It is important to also note that we as online instructors have a significant role mediating the interactions between the content and the student, so we must always be in contact with our students needs.

Online learning poses a challenge for both the teacher and the student. In this sense, it is necessary to maintain coherence between the content and the way it is presented. Only in this way will adequate interaction between the teacher and the student be possible.

To make sure the student understands that there is support if they having difficulties with an online course.

I have learned that online classes are the new era of teaching and it can be very productive

I've learned to be personal but still stay on topic I will use this with each call/interaction with prospective students

I really enjoyed this module. I think it really explains well how important it is that online instructors like myself are able to easily navigate the online platform. This includes the modules, lessons, quizzes, and any other area that students are required to navigate.

I think in the future I will make sure to be more thorough in looking through all the course material.

Knowing all the components of the e-learning program is important as well as being organized and structured throughout the program. Being able to answer student questions and have a good understanding of the curriculum is a key factor as well.

It is amazzing the cherence among the curse itself and the content. The structure of the course, the resources, and the pace seem to have been checked more than once!

Finding the balance on the phone conversations to be more structured yet not sounding scripted.

Teaching online is a different challenge as it requires that we keep the attention of students who are not there! Keeping things simple while maintaining focus is the true challenge
