Wake in the mornings with a good attitude. Give God thanks for His grace and mercy that keeps me alive each day.
Emotional Resilience requires time and effort. I will start building connections, fostering my well-being and finding purpose to improve my emotional resilience.
I have learned that emotional resilience is developed over time. By learning the coping methods to handling life's situations, will help me determine the ones that work for me and will also help me to teach these also to the students when they also undergo circumstances in their own lives.
I think it is good to offer ways for students to learn to deal with stress. The goals and schedules of assignments helps them to prepare for their careers which are also stressful.
In some ways, going through stressful situations can help increase your emotional resilience, but only if you take the time to reflect on the event without brooding on whatever went wrong, and instead on what could be done to improve.
Keep positive and take deep breaths
Being resilient is a trait that some have an easier time adapting to versus others.
Take care of your body and your body will take care of you!
Coping skills are what we use to deal with the pressures of a situation, and we need to realize that we will acquire new ones as we face new and more challenging situations in our lives.

Everyday life’s situations consist of stress which we cannot completely omit. However, we can apply strategies to overcome stress.
I've learned the importance of understanding and managing stress to maintain well-being. This module highlighted the various sources of stress and their impact on physical and mental health, emphasizing the need for proactive measures to mitigate these effects. Techniques such as mindfulness, regular exercise, and building strong support networks were underscored as effective strategies for enhancing emotional resilience. I intend to apply these lessons by incorporating mindfulness practices into my daily routine, prioritizing physical activity, and nurturing my relationships to build a robust support system. These steps will help me better manage stress and foster a resilient mindset, enabling me to navigate challenges more effectively.
I have learned that I should pay attention to my thoughts and feelings. This will help me to increase my overal well-being and reduce stress.
I learned that facing any problems that come in life, will add growth in your life because avoiding any problems that you face will add more problems and stress. Best thing in life is either solve it yourself and if you cannot do it alone get assistance, and stay positive.
Hello Everyone,
I remind myself when I'm in a stressful situation to take a moment and reflect on what is truly important. Life will unfold as it does but the importance I place on it and how I react determines whether the outcome will be more or less stressful. I teach nursing students and their stress level is high and instilling this in the classroom setting is imperative for when they become nurses on the floor.
We need to learn effective coping skills to be able to navigate through challenges along life .
I learned that facing situation head on is the more healthy approach because even if you cope with it for a while, you eventually have to deal with it.
There are many ways and resources available to navigate difficult situations. Changing your mindset often helps improve a situation that you have little physical control over.
