I do think that students should be given courses on artificial intelligence so that they're able to better understand the limitations of the resource. I do feel we're at a tipping point, however, as many students who don't have as many resources to quality education will become overly dependent on AI for support, or worse yet, for all the answers to their school assignments.

ChatGPT is a time-saver for anyone who can use it effectively; unfortunately most won't use it effectively, and instead copy and paste responces as their own work instead of using the responces as a basis for an actual submission.

I use ChatGPT for content generation; specifically for quickly writing up the LaTeX code for a collection of math problems I can then adjust for the needs of my class. It isn't perfect, as the difficulty of a set of problems is typically equal, and they need to be adjusted to make the set more useable, but it creates a great template that saves me quite a lot of time.

There are so many benefits to artificial intelligence, there is no question that it will be a major driver of innovation in the future. The drawback is that, because it is a very technical process, many people will not trust it, or assume that it is the beginning of the machine apocalypse thanks to the science fiction adaptations of AI.

The way in which we present our feedback is critically important for successful coaching sessions. If we aren't careful with our words, we might put the employee on the defensive which automatically voids the benefits of any subsequent message we try to deliver.

There are a number of regularly scheduled events that might help with stress reduction at my place of work, such as the chiropractic adjustment provided at no charge at the campuses every month and weekly volunteering opportunities (which would be a good way to go out and do something to help mitigate stress induced anxiety).

I get the sence that mindfulness might be increased with a bit of meditation after reviewing the content. I get the impression that we take things too quickly, and slowing down to refocus our thoughts leads to increased midfulness.

In some ways, going through stressful situations can help increase your emotional resilience, but only if you take the time to reflect on the event without brooding on whatever went wrong, and instead on what could be done to improve.

As with most adults, I tend to have a lot on my plate; I beleive it's important to regularly take time and slow down, put yourself in a relaxing environment, and find something that brings you joy to offset the stress built up throughout the workweek.

Most people should take some time to reflect on how useful both positive and constructive feedback can be beneficial; too frequently, and especially with inexperienced team members, employees become defensive when you present feedback. I believe setting an expectation of peer-to-peer feedback in the workplace and an open environment which welcomes constructive criticism is a productive one.
