Create a to-do list of stressors to eliminate or reduce in order to gradually become as stress free as I can.

I should write a stress list to identify and take care of the stressors in my life.

I learned that a to-do list and predetermined time for answering emails will really help with freeing up some of my time outside of the classroom.

I need to start doing a to do list and prioritize these tasks to improve my time management.

I need to find the best ways to deal with my stress so that I can effectively teach and help students find the resources that they may need.

I need to work on including more of these mindfulness exercises to my daily/work life.

Pay attention to your responses to stress and learn which coping mechanisms work best for you.

I'm realizing that I used to be much more efficient at dealing with stress. Now, with everything that I have going on it is too easy to push exercise or nutrition or any of the other methods of reducing stress to the side because I am "too busy". I will really be working to recognize it, slow down and start incorporating these things back into my life.

Write down what mistakes were made and what you learned from them at the end of every day. Also, it is always better to over prepare for each class.

That while confronting a problem head on, you still need to be an attentive listener to the student and why these issues keep happening.
