The first day of class, the first day of clinical is always the make or break you situation. It is of utmost importance that the instructor have a handle on what is happening on day one. This module was very informative and to the point. Being a student success coach, this module have given me a lot of information to use.

It is so important to be ready and prepared as an instructor, because the instructor does not have a second chance to make a first impression. It is always a good idea have the room set up days a head, and then a day before class starts, go back and scan the room to ensure that everything is in the right place, and you are ready to with all your nerves intact.

This module was very informative. It gives the instructor strategies to use in the classroom, so as to be better prepared when teaching.

The importance of essential workforce skills cannot be understated. It is import to differentiate between skills which are concrete and skills that are ambiguous. The real life scenarios were awesome, and most of these scenarios can be used as examples within a classroom setting: (a) to get feedback from the students, and (b) if any of these scenarios fit into your career path, use it as an example to heighten your awareness.

The course provided very good information on professional development. This can be useful in the working environment.

This course was awesome. It helps me to deal with as well as how to reduce stress at work
