I will bring all instructions to the classroom

I will stick with and trust my grading system. From this course I learned that students, and at times administration will question it, but is will stick with it. I will also reward extra credit to the students that wants to do special projects.

I will start implementing pretest at the start of every new class to help me identify my stronger and less prepared students.

Samples and Models are very effective teaching devices when they are used to illustrate a procedure or performance task.

I can show the students that I am a well prepared instructor by having tools and materials ready for use.

Find the resources that I have to help cope with stress.

Breathing exercises

Emotional Resilience requires time and effort. I will start building connections, fostering my well-being and finding purpose to improve my emotional resilience.

I learned that exercising on a regular basis can reduce stress. I will apply this by getting a gym membership.

It is important to conduct surveys for feedback about different instruction styles. I will apply this by asking my students to do a survey of my instruction style.
