I have learned to make a checklist so that I can make sure all important topics are covered. To make sure I let the students know that I have experience in the course that I am teaching. Also to make sure all students know what is expected out of them especially when it comes to participation and to make sure that when they leave the class each day that they feel confident and motivated about the course and the material.

I will make sure I always have a checklist to make sure I have covered all of the important topics. I will start creating class goals, and individual goals for each of my students. I also make sure I have a tone set in the classroom to where my students are motivated to learn and also be comfortable and confident to ask questions. 

To be Professional at all times in every situation by being on time to class, by knowing the material that I am teaching and  To motivate the students and learn each student and find what keeps them motivated.  To let the students know that I am not the smartest person in the class and everyone is human and will make mistakes. Finally by showing the students that I care, love and is excited to teach them and be their instructor.
