I must continually monitor myself be prepared to make changes when necessary to improve.

In addition to functioning as a leader, the course has helped me to come up with strategies to develop techniques to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely, breaking down information into manageable parts.
I learned that you have to be both professional and personal to be effective in the classroom.

Always be professional, make sure there are no technicalities during your lessons by preparing early, and deliver with your personality/ demeanor.
