I've learned how immediacy can truly negatively impact my time management!!

I strive to be more impactful with my instruction.

Remembering that there are so many different styles and ensuring everyone is addressed!!

It allows the students to express how they may be feeling. Ice breakers always make students much more relaxed and calm.

I always have a lesson plan with a guideline of what needs to be presented!

Reply to Teresa Aldi's post:One thing that always bothered me when I was in Nursing school was one of my professors was always late. She never held herself accountable but expected us to. Eventually she was let go. 

I truly believe I lead by example!

Interesting defining the types of students makes me remember particular students I've come into contact with.

I learner more than I even knew before very interesting and plan on adding a lot of suggested material.

I've learned what i'm already doing but to continue to reinforce togetherness and being transparent with students.
