I learned that Admission requirements should be followed 100% no matter what the circumstances are. applicant should meet all the requirements before entering the school
It is important to know the rules and regulations of the institution. We cannot guarantee placement but can provide the tools and resources.
The guarantee of a job puts the school in a very delicate position. Some people love the profession they are entering but are not quite as good at it as they would like to be...if they cannot find a position .... the school can be sued for not complying with their guarantee.

Each institution is different but you have to know what is your role in the place and know about other departments so you can refer them to them if they need more assistance with financial aid or if the students need tools to build a resume, time management or help them with stress.
