Culture of compliance should be adhered by all departments in order to be ethical and have a good institutional outcome for students. 

The consequences of noncompliance and student's complaints can result in never regaining trust with the institution. We will fail the student's commitment to pursue goals in their lives. 

We must have integrity at all times and not make inappropriate comments about other institutions. 

Do not use superlatives words to characterize your school such as, highest, most, fastest, state of the art, biggest classrooms, greatest, top graduation rate, finest instructors and most experienced. This is a form of unacceptable expressing exaggerated opinions.

I learned the three components for Triad which has been established for consumer protection regulations for full disclosure so that students can make informed decisions about their education. 

Admissions have a vital role to help students with their educational decision. It is crucial to understand the mission of the school, be transparent, and have high standards to do what is best for the students without breaking rules. 

There are severe penalties for noncompliance such as fines, institution be places on probation or  be denied for license, revoke license and investigations will be conducted. 

It is important to know the rules and regulations of admissions and stay updated in order to help students and give accurate information. 

It is important to be completely transparent and follow the Florida consumer practices and guidelines.
