I must know the services our school offers since they are specific to each institution, and there is no requirement for a school to have a marketing plan.

I must follow my school's guidelines for tracking student paperwork and will use the catalog as a guide for the information I provide regarding Financial Aid.

I have learned that it is important to maintain familiarity with updates to regulations, even after starting as a recruiter or admissions representative.
