I have learned the importance of providing correct/accurate information and the danger of omitting information. 

It is important to provide honest and truthful information regarding programs offered but also ask questions to ensure student understanding of program expectations, requirements and setting realistic expectations in order to meet their training goals. For example: clinical hours, will the student be able to arrange work hours in order to accomplish hours needed for practice? 

It is important to be aware of the different terms we use when giving information to the prospective student. Some definitions are similar and can be confuse. The objective is to provide clear, honest and transparent information.

It is important to be totally honest regarding the students expectations. 

Having continuous training gives the employees professional service to their students.

It is important to be transparent and follow the guidelines that the institution has. Never guess an answer, when providing information to a potential Student always be truthful and if you do not know the answer ask someone that does.

The most complete and accurate information the better. 

 

Knowledge of all programs offered and the importance of continued education and compliance for all members.  

Leave opinions and superlatives out of descriptions, and never make guarantees.

If we have clear all definitions will be easy to work with the applicants.

It is important to be always honest and to understand the customer needs to be clear and precise

It is important to be truthful with all information about your institute.  It is best to provide factual information to the prospective student in order for them to make a proper and informed decision.

Honesty is the best practice.    It is really important to prove the correct and honest information to prospective and existing students.

I have learned that honesty is what makes this field. You cannot give inaccurate information just because you think it will be beneficial to the institution and it will get more enrollments. You should always have transparency with the prospects. 

All our Admissions Staff, must work with complete Transparency to establish a strong culture of compliance.

 Provide accurate information, never assume or guess. Integrity.

If we have better knowledge about each program, it allows us to offer the program better, with honesty and accurate, we can give confidence about what the person can expect at the end of the program.

I learned to never guarantee transfer of credits.
